Article 1.
By making a reservation either verbally or in writing you offer us to enter into a binding rental contract. The contract becomes effective with our acceptance of your offer. You will then receive the confirmation of your reservation with the invoice.
Article 2.
A deposit of 10% of the rental price is to be paid within 10 days after you receive your confirmation. The balance is due 21 days before the day of your arrival. If you book within 21 days before your arrival, the total rental price is due immediately. After the payment of your balance you will receive your travel documents. If the balance is not paid in time, we reserve the right to cancel your travel arrangements, retain any deposit and apply the cancellation charges set out below.
Article 3.
Before your arrival, you can cancel your rental contract at any time in writing. If you cancel or o not show up without notice without us being responsible for the cancellation, you are required to pay a cancellation fee to us:
If you cancel …
- 45 days or more before the arrival day 10%,
- from 44 to 30 days before the arrival day 20%,
- from 29 to 15 days before the arrival day 30%,
- from 14 to 7 days before the arrival day 40%,
- from 6 to 2 days before the arrival day 60%,
- 1 day before the arrival day 80%,
- on the day of arrival 100% of the rental price.
Article 4.
Any change that you wish to make to your original rental contract (e.g. a change in dates or accommodation) will allow us to charge an administration fee of €30.
Article 5.
The tenant commits himself to take good care of the house and its inventory (mobile and immobile). He is fully liable for any damages or loss of inventory incurred.
Article 6.
The tenant is not entitled to any compensation in the case of temporary breakdown or shortage of inventory.
Article 7.
The tenant commits himself not to exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the rental contract for the respective accommodation.
Article 8.
The tenant is responsible for the bicycles at his disposal. Their usage is at his own peril. Parents are responsible for their children.
Article 9.
Our young contractual partners under the age of 18 require the authorisation of their parents or their legal guardian.
Article 10.
The full range of activities and entertainment programme is only available during the main season.
Article 11.
It is advisable to take out travel and cancellation insurances.
